I'm happy with the frames overall, although I don't think the quality quite justifies the price. For such a premium price tag, I was disappointed that the orientation in which the frames would be hung wasn't checked at the time of ordering. As a result, two of the three frames need to be modified to suit the intended hanging direction.

Communication was okay, but I had to follow up myself after not hearing anything for a while. The frames were also delayed due to a late delivery of the wood I had selected. I understand that delays can happen, but a quick update would have been appreciated rather than having to chase it up.

Overall, the frames do the job, but for the price, I'd expect a little more attention to detail and more proactive communication. A good product in some respects, but the overall experience could definitely be better.
