How long does it take to complete the job?

We aim to deliver within1–2 weekswithout compromising on quality or care.

Is there an express service if I need it urgently?

Yes, we have an express service which puts your framing in a priority position ahead of the queue. Just let us know in the details section while booking a time online & we’ll include it in the quote.

Is my artwork insured?

Yes, your artwork is insured in-transit as well as in-store. We treat every piece like it’s our own & handle it with expert care.

Should I share details about my artwork before the framer visits?

Can you hang the artwork and how much does it cost?

Yes, we offer professional artwork hanging service at the following base prices:

Small artwork – $50
Large artwork – $90
Extra-large artwork – $120.

Pricing may vary for complex setups (e.g. high walls or if extra assistance is required).

Can you print the image if I have it on my phone or email?

Yes, and our framer will give you on-site expert advice on the best type of paper for your image’s look and size.
