If you request it in the notes section at checkout we will do it for free and pack all frames separately. We are conscious of the impact this may have on the environment and as a result, if the client is located in metro area Fantastic Framing vans will deliver the frames unpacked. If you live in a remote area, all frames will be packed in the most environmentally friendly way.
There are 2 ways to use the blank floating frame canvas. Option 1 is to remove the canvas by undoing the screws at the back of the frame and disconnect the canvas from the frame. Create your master piece. Return the canvas to the frame and screw it back in. Option 2 is to leave the canvas in the frame and protect it by putting low tack masking tape on the frame. Create your master piece and remove the tape when you are finished!

For metro area VIC, NSW, QLD: Fantastic Framing vans will deliver it. For remote areas we use a courier.

When spending $400 online shipping is free. If you spend below that amount, shipping it $30 for metro areas and $42.50 for remote areas.
If you live in a metropolitan area, delivery is free.
If you live in a remote area, surcharge may apply for delivery.
Some areas which are far from the CBD will have higher courier fees which are transferred to us, therefore the delivery fee may be higher.
For example if you live 4 hours away from the city centre in Perth, a delivery surcharge may apply.
If you are not happy with the surcharge we will make a full refund.

For oversized frames, we do not install a hanging wire as it can compromise the safety and stability of the frame due to its size and weight. Instead, we securely install two D-rings, which are a much safer and more reliable hanging method for large artworks.
Your frame will come with clear instructions advising you not to add a wire, and to use the D-rings provided for proper support. This ensures your frame remains secure on the wall and prevents damage or accidents.
