Frequently Asked Questions
Will all my frames be packed separately ?
If you request it in the notes section at checkout we will do it for free and pack all frames separately. We are conscious of the impact this may have on the environment and as a result, if the client is located in metro area Fantastic Framing vans will deliver the frames unpacked. If you live in a remote area, all frames will be packed in the most environmentally friendly way.
How long does it take to process the order ?
We will ship the order to you between 10-14 days from the day you placed the order.
If you need express shipping please let us know in the notes section on check out and we will give it priority.
Do you offer express or priority service?
Yes! We offer Priority Fulfilment for clients who need their orders completed urgently. With this service, your order is moved to the front of the production queue and handled with express turnaround.
All information about priority fulfilment will be available at checkout. You can also add notes on checkout with specific details or deadlines so our team is fully informed and can prioritize your order accordingly.
Who will deliver my art ?
For metro area VIC, NSW, QLD: Fantastic Framing vans will deliver it. For remote areas we use a courier.
Can I pick up from one of the stores ?
On check out you can choose pick up with no delivery.
How much does shipping cost ?
When spending $400 online shipping is free. If you spend below that amount, shipping it $30 for metro areas and $42.50 for remote areas.
If you live in a metropolitan area, delivery is free.
If you live in a remote area, surcharge may apply for delivery.
Some areas which are far from the CBD will have higher courier fees which are transferred to us, therefore the delivery fee may be higher.
For example if you live 4 hours away from the city centre in Perth, a delivery surcharge may apply.
If you are not happy with the surcharge we will make a full refund.
If the frames were damaged in transit, what do I do ?

Where do you source your natural oak timber from and is it sustainable?
Australian Oak is freely available and is continuously harvested. It is considered to be sustainably managed as the species are sourced and processed in Australia from certified native forest plantations. It also meets the Australian Forestry Standard and the Chain of Custody Certifications.The Australian Oak Collection is raw re-invented, with smoother surfaces. This 100% Australian grown timber is earthy, authentic and on-trend. Create a distinctive Scandinavian inspired style that is modern and minimalist with plenty of natural views to suit a variety of interiors.
What determines the orientation of the hanging
The orientation of the hanging will be adjusted according to how you ordered the width and height, with the hanging being on the width side (please see diagram)
If you'd like to have both horizontal and vertical hanging options for artworks like abstract pieces, please specify your request in the order notes during checkout. We will gladly include both options at no additional cost.
Can I return my order?

Is there a warranty on frames or canvas?
Yes. You can add ourExtended 2-Year Warranty, which covers frame warping, hanging hardware failure and canvas defects.

Your order is made and shipped locally from one of our international fulfilment locations:
