This mobile service is the best method for saving time and effort. Turnaround time for framing was within a week and we could not fault the finished product. How does mobile framing work?
You book a day and time online. There is a 1.5 hour window.
Our mobile framer will arrive to you with sample frames. After choosing the frame we will take the art to our nearest store. The framers will complete the job and deliver it back to you.
Is pick up and delivery free?
Pick up and delivery is free. We also give a free quote with no call out fee.
How long does it take to complete the job?
Between 1-2 weeks.
Is there an express service if I need it urgently ?
We can do it express with an extra fee.
Do I need to give the details of my job before the framer comes to me ?
Yes. The more information you give, the better service you will get. The framer will be able to narrow down the type of frames that will suit the size and style of artwork you are wanting to frame.
Can you print the image if I have it on my phone or email ?
We can print and guide you on the types of paper we have.
Is my artwork insured ?
Yes, we have insurance on the artwork while it is in transit to the store and insurance in the store when we work on it.
Can you hang the artwork and how much does it cost ?
Yes. You just need to tell the framer in advance so we can set up a date and time. It costs $50 to hang a small art work, $90 to hang a large art work and $120 for an XL art work. The price will vary if the job is more complex eg a high wall or if two people are needed.
